About The Position
Come Join Our Leadership Team at White Oak Management, Inc. We are seeking a qualified Nursing Home Administrator to join us at White Oak Manor Charlotte. This is an excellent opportunity! The Administrator ensures the operational, financial, and qualitative success of the facility through the implementation of operational practices to ensure the highest standards of quality resident care services as set forth by the Board of Directors. This position has the authority for and is responsible for the overall operation of the facility.
Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree or have at least 10 years of service in a health-related facility.
- Be a minimum of 21 years of age and of good moral character.
- Must fulfill licensure requirements of NC.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the operational, financial, and qualitative success of the facility through the implementation of operational practices to ensure the highest standards of quality resident care services as set forth by the Board of Directors.
- Has the authority for and is responsible for the overall operation of the facility.
- Ensures that company financial policies, procedures, standards and goals are met.
