Requirements
- Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks and QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities
- Manage appointments, and follow-ups
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally
- Support office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
