Healthcare Actuarial/Analytics Director
About The Position
As a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial IC Director, you will be a key member of the Financial Actuarial & Analytics (FAA) Community of Expertise. You will lead a portfolio of actuarial models and significantly contribute to complex business strategies across different business pillars. A significant component of the job is intellectual capital development. This position is responsible for providing actuarial expertise contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate will have deep actuarial modelling expertise. You will be a subject matter expert collaborating with cross-functional leaders across the entire value stream on the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, development roadmap, value proposition, and product enhancements. Your responsibilities may also include the support of technology related requirements and initiatives. This position manages actuarial responsibilities and ensures project completion within established timelines and quality standards. Develops and mentors more junior team members, designs and implements a leverageable and scalable process for tool maintenance and updates. Contributes to the development of new approaches and tools.
