About The Position

Flexstaff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience in Medicare, Medicaid & out of network claims to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (Tuesdays and Thursdays remote).

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts receivable and healthcare billing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with relevant billing software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Medicare, Medicaid and out of network claims.
• Handle collections prior to service with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Support financial operations with timely and precise documentation.
