About The Position

Moments Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) to join their team. This role is ideal for experienced hospice sales representatives, healthcare account executives, or clinicians looking to transition into sales. The HCC will be responsible for building relationships with referral sources and educating healthcare providers and the public about hospice services. Moments Hospice is a rapidly growing provider known for its compassionate end-of-life care and a culture that values its employees. Requirements

  • 1 year outside B2B sales experience, healthcare preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to build real relationships
  • Drive, empathy, and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Hospice or home health sales experience
  • Medical device or pharma experience
  • Clinical liaison experience
  • RN liaison experience
  • Nursing, social work, or chaplaincy background ready to step into sales
  • SNF or AL business development experience
  • Outside sales experience from other industries

Responsibilities

  • Represent Moments Hospice in a positive way by providing accurate information about hospice services to healthcare providers and the general public.
  • Be a market leader by staying informed on trends, competitors, and crafting impactful outreach programs for your territory.
  • Organize assigned territory and prepare presentations for potential referral sources.
  • Assess ROI in business and marketing efforts.
  • Lead contract negotiations with facilities, insurance companies, and managed care providers.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop educational programs, address referral source concerns, and participate in strategic planning.
  • Advance your skills through structured training, contribute to a growing and collaborative team, and make a lasting impact.
