Under the general direction of the Assoc Dir Clinical Services, this position performs program analytics and supports continuous quality improvement efforts for Health and Wellness programs and Division of Student Affairs initiatives. Responsibilities include statistical data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization; supporting accreditation and compliance activities; and assisting with the evaluation of program effectiveness to inform planning and decision-making across Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Student Health Services (SHS) and other Health & Wellness related programs. The incumbent is the subject matter expert for program evaluation in coordination with supervisor. In addition, the position contributes to an inclusive and supportive environment by delivering equitable, culturally responsive, and student-centered services that enhance the quality of campus life and support student retention and graduation, consistent with the division’s commitment.
