About The Position
EastView at Middlebury is seeking 2 compassionate and experienced caregivers with supervisory experience to support our residential care neighborhoods. We are seeking a Health Services Supervisor for our Weekday Day shift and for our Weekday Overnight shift. This role combines hands‑on caregiving with team supervision to ensure high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
Requirements
- 5+ years direct care experience, including 1+ year in supervision
- 2+ years medication administration experience
- LNA preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative, resident‑focused team

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and medication technician support
- Coach, guide, and support direct care staff
- Maintain shift flow, complete reports, and ensure care continuity
- Assist with staffing needs, training, and documentation
