Givens Aldersgate is looking for a Health Services Admissions and Marketing Supervisor to support our Health Services marketing team. Reporting to the Corporate Health Services Marketing Director, the primary purpose of the Health Services Admissions and Marketing Supervisor is to plan and develop a process that coordinates the pre-admission, admission, discharge, and follow up process for Asbury Health and Rehab, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with applicable sales and marketing experience
  • 2 years' work experience with older adult population or any equivalent combination of training and experience while providing the required skills, knowledge, and abilities to fulfill the essential job responsibilities
  • Long-term care or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain census and payer mix goals
  • Monitor and track all incoming referrals and leads
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management system (Enquire) consistently and keep update
  • Coordinate pre-admission and approval process in a timely manner
  • Conducts tours of facility with potential residents and their family members
  • Utilize the Admission Matrix and Scope of Service tools to determine appropriate placement and ability to offer accommodations
  • Follow the denial process ensuring all clinical and financial denials have been approved prior to submitting denial to the referral source
  • Participates in weekend on-call rotation to monitor and facilitate potential referrals
  • Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor
