About The Position

The Admissions Intelligence Supervisor provides analytical and operational support to Admissions Operations by monitoring lead-funnel performance, analyzing conversion data, and supporting outreach efforts within Admissions systems.

While reporting to the Admissions Intelligence Manager, this role is expected to work directly with the Vice President of Admissions and the Regional Director to support analysis and implementation efforts aligned with admissions priorities. The role will deliver actionable insights, recommend improvements, and support efficient execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related areas
• 2–3 years of experience in admissions operations, enrollment management, CRM/SIS, or performance reporting
• Bilingual written and verbal (English/Spanish) required
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Experience using Business Intelligence or reporting tools
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, as needed
• Traveling to Florida is required
