In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the daily nursing activities performed by LPNs and nursing assistants. This supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the Community. You will advance the value that the resident comes first. You will value the Community as the resident’s home and work to create attributes of home and model person-centered care.
