The Health Educator Consultant plans and delivers health promotion and public health education programs for clinics, schools, and community groups. The position expands outreach, education, screenings, and referrals for chronic disease prevention, diabetes management, and tobacco cessation, and provides support to the Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program. This position supports the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) by assisting lead staff with program activities, supports the Tobacco/SWAT Coordinator by contributing to tobacco‑prevention policy efforts and youth empowerment education within the SWAT Chapter, and assists the Regional BCCEDP Coordinator as needed. The role also provides comprehensive support across all assigned programs, including outreach, documentation, reporting, meetings, and client coordination tasks, to ensure effective and seamless program operations.
