About The Position
Memory Care RCF – Health Services Director (RN or LPN) JOIN AN OUTSTANDING TEAM! Looking for a passionate and dedicated RN or LPN for our small 20 bed intimate community-based Memory care unit, directly connected to our Nursing and Memory Care Facility. As the Health Services Director (RN or LPN), your Nursing and Leaderships skills will ensure that quality nursing care is provided to the residents; and you will coordinate the day-to-day functions of the Caregiver staff. Duties may include (but are not limited to) meeting with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan the shift services, programs, and activities. As the RCF Memory Care Nurse Manager you will also be responsible for the delegation of nursing tasks to non-certified staff.
Requirements
- RN license in the State of Oregon
- Nursing Supervisor experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with Alzheimer’s and Dementia related disorders of healthcare
- Community-Based, Skilled Nursing and/or Memory Care experience
Responsibilities
