About The Position

Centurion Health, a leading provider of healthcare services for the Georgia Department of Corrections, is seeking an experienced Full-Time Health Services Administrator (HSA) to oversee healthcare operations at Calhoun State Prison in Morgan, Georgia. This leadership position is responsible for directing the daily operations of the facility's healthcare program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with Centurion policies, Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field required.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive healthcare management or healthcare operations leadership experience.
Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams and daily healthcare operations.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement, budgeting, staffing, and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Nursing (MSN), or a related field preferred.
