The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and program support to the Health Services Unit. The role ensures the coordination of people, processes, documentation, and communication necessary for the effective functioning of Health Services programs. This position supports agency leadership by managing program workflows, maintaining accurate records and data systems, facilitating meetings and communication, and ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Through reliable program coordination and administrative stewardship, the position contributes directly to the delivery, oversight, and continuous improvement of Health Services operations across the Department of Corrections.
