About The Position

This role involves managing administrative duties related to environmental services, including receiving and updating pumping reports, recording and preparing slurry pumping results, and organizing soil and manure sample results. The position also requires collecting, storing, and analyzing data from pork production, manure, corn, and soybeans, as well as producing manure nutrient budgets and values. Ensuring DEE records are in place, compiling records for inspections, and managing warehouse inventory are key responsibilities. The specialist will also manage manure sales, including invoicing, receipts, contracts, and inventories, and assist with ADP and RecLogic entries. Additionally, this role involves managing equipment listings and cross-referencing them with warehouse inventory.

Requirements

  • Accurate data entry on a timely basis.
  • Provide notices and assistance to individual sites as necessary.
  • Proficiency in managing warehouse inventory.
  • Experience with manure sales, including invoicing, receipts, contracts, and inventories.
  • Familiarity with ADP and RecLogic systems.
  • Ability to manage Agronomy and site equipment listings in TMT.
  • Skills in cross-referencing equipment listings with warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Receive pumping reports from team members and update weekly, reporting gallons pumped and nutrients applied.
  • Record and prepare slurry pumping results upon completion of each field.
  • Receive and organize all soil and manure sample results.
  • Collect, store and analyze data generated from the production of pork, manure, corn and soybeans.
  • Produce manure nutrient budgets & values.
  • Ensure all required DEE records are in place and compile records for inspections.
  • Create and manage records of all permits that need to be updated and deadlines.
  • Manage The Warehouse. Ensure all sites are entering accurate data on a timely basis providing notices and assistance to individual sites as necessary.
  • Assist with ADP and RecLogic entries.
  • Manage the Agronomy and individual site equipment listings in TMT and cross reference with The Warehouse.
  • Manage manure sales including invoicing, receipts, contracts, and inventories.
