About The Position
As the Supervisor of Health Services, you will lead a dedicated clinical team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to adult day health participants. Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Two years of nursing management or supervisory experience
- Two years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
- Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff
