The Health and Safety Manager provides leadership, guidance, and expertise to business units in the development and implementation of health and safety strategies, standards, policies, and processes. You will ensure compliance with legislative requirements and facilitate the effective use of the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS). In this role, you will equip line management and field personnel with the necessary tools, information, and awareness to address health and safety concerns proactively. Through expert guidance and support, you will work to mitigate risks, prevent occupational injuries and illnesses, and foster a strong culture of workplace safety.
