Arcadis is looking for a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead the strategic development, execution, and oversight of all field-level and regulatory safety and sustainability programs. This high-profile role manages and provides safety oversight for high-risk marine and onshore civil construction. The HSE Manager is entrusted in developing and implementing the safety strategies and related procedures, ensuring compliance, managing and reporting risk, conducting analysis, and engaging with stakeholders to create enthusiasm, commitment and fully participate with the HSE program. As a critical partner to various design, construction disciplines and executive teams, this role reports to the Engineering During Construction Lead (ESDC) but works closely with leaders at all levels to embed a culture where people are put first by identifying risks first.
