As the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Lead you will serve as the facility's subject matter expert for occupational health, workplace safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory initiatives. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving comprehensive HSE programs that support a culture of zero incidents while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Working closely with plant leadership, production, engineering, maintenance, and corporate HSE teams, the HSE Lead will drive strategic safety initiatives, oversee environmental compliance programs, lead incident investigations, manage corrective actions, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory readiness. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader who can effectively influence all levels of the organization, from frontline employees to executive leadership, while promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
