About The Position

We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to assist in implementing safety programs at construction sites and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role includes providing safety training and guidance to site personnel, supporting audits and inspections, investigating accidents and incidents, and helping develop corrective action plans. The coordinator also assists with maintaining safety policies and procedures and adapting programs as industry trends and regulations change. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a safety role.
• OSHA 10.
• OSHA 30/STSC.
• Experience with trenching/excavation, confined space, and fall protection.
• Strong understanding of safety principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and implementing safety programs.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities
