About The Position

We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to assist with implementing safety programs at construction sites and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role provides safety training and guidance to site personnel, supports audits and inspections, and assists with accident and incident investigations and corrective action planning. It also helps develop and maintain safety policies and procedures and monitors industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt programs and policies as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a safety role.
• OSHA 10.
• OSHA 30/STSC.
• Experience with trenching/excavation, confined space, and fall protection.
• Strong understanding of safety principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and implementing safety programs.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities
