Highlands Ranch is seeking a dedicated Health and Resource Coordinator to lead efforts in connecting residents with vital health services, educational programs, and community resources. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide information, referrals, and evidence-based programming to promote healthy aging and improve quality of life. You’ll plan and facilitate activities that support socialization, reduce isolation, and enhance cognitive and physical well-being. Working closely with Douglas County agencies, you'll help ensure older adults have access to housing, transportation, benefits, and more—empowering them to age in place with dignity.
