About The Position

The Health Record and Information Technician II is responsible for compiling, processing, and maintaining medical records of hospital and clinic patients. This role supports the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of patient health records across the healthcare system, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • 2 years of Health Information Services (Required)
  • Ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize tasks/functions.
  • Work individually and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, eye-hand coordination, strong attention to detail, able to solve problems and meet process document standards as established
  • Knowledge of general medical terminology
