About The Position

The Health Provider Recruitment Specialist supports provider incentive grant applications. Provides procurement and compliance tracking activities; assists with application reviews using standard operating procedures and tracking requirements; assists applicants with submission questions. The role requires the candidate to live in New Mexico.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting administrative, procurement, or compliance functions.
  • Experience using tracking tools, spreadsheets, CRM/case management systems, Microsoft suite of tools, or similar systems to document application intake and incentive program details.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple provider contacts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Must live in New Mexico.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience providing support to grant applications, including development, intake, enrollment, onboarding, documentation, is preferred.
  • Prior experience with healthcare provider programs.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, partner engagement, project management, and problem solving skills.
