Under general direction, this position performs complex public health work in one of several public health programs. The role involves overseeing, planning, and evaluating public health education program activities, and providing consultative services and technical assistance to program staff, governmental agencies, and community organizations. The work is investigative, regulatory, educational, and consultative. This position may exercise functional supervision over assigned staff. Specifically, this position will provide case management, crisis intervention, support to victims in crisis, and educate clients on victims’ rights and the dynamics of domestic violence. This is a grant-funded, unclassified position with at-will employment status.
