The Incentives Program Manager coordinates with broader team leadership on the design and execution of a health provider incentive program to accelerate health service delivery transformation. This role directs the day-to-day provider incentive management program, develops application requirements in collaboration with the state client and ICF team leadership, and creates provider marketing materials. The manager provides operational guidance to the team on coordinating provider interest, oversees the application submission and review process, and ensures compliance with federal and state requirements. The role requires the candidate to live in New Mexico.
