The Health Program Coordinator (Project REACH - Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health) is a Part-time position, 32 hrs/week, aiming to identify and address community needs to promote healthier lives, with a strong focus on health equity. The program coordinator will focus on three key areas: Nutrition, Physical Activity, and the Family Healthy Weight Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting participants (children and youth under age 17), maintaining effective communication with parents, and providing technical assistance and on-site coordination to ensure successful program delivery in collaboration with internal staff and community partners. Under the supervision of the Director of Health Services, the incumbent will manage participant recruitment and family engagement, program planning and implementation, community partnership and collaboration, volunteer and instructor coordination, outreach, promotion, and content creation, community engagement, and monitoring, data, and evaluation.
