The Health and Nutrition Coordinator is responsible for the management and oversight of health services for children (ages birth - 5) enrolled in the Head Start/Early Head Start program that help children and families achieve positive health outcomes. Responsibilities include: monitoring children’s health and nutrition data and ensuring children’s health data is current, provide guidance to teaching teams and management around health, nutrition and safety related requirements, collaborate with the nutrition consultant to review individual child and family nutrition data and individual nutrition plans. Develop and cultivate community partnerships.
