About The Position
Responsible for working with medical staff, Team Lead, and HIM team to ensure patient medical records are complete and timely. Audit and review documentation for required elements for Joint Commission compliance, Accurately assign and re-assign deficiencies to ensure timely record completion, assist external customers with release of information requests, scan documentation into Solarity and/or Media Manager, perform QA in Solarity, correct scanning errors in OnBase, monitor Epic work queues for declined or incorrectly assigned orders and documentation, and maintain physician suspension process.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience accepted in lieu of education
