About The Position
MHMR is looking for a detailed, oriented Health Information Management Coordinator to join our team. Responsible for processing requests for release of information from the official client (medical) records of MHMR of Tarrant County. All work is carried out in accordance with the Health Information Management (HIM) Department’s approved Operating Procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years’ experience in a medical office or chartroom setting
Responsibilities
- Processing requests for release of information from the official client (medical) records of MHMR of Tarrant County.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with the Health Information Management (HIM) Department’s approved Operating Procedures.
