This is an in-office position with full-time and part-time opportunities available. An on-call rotation is required, occurring every third weekend. The primary responsibilities involve entering physician orders, resident data, and employee information into the Electronic Health Record accurately and in a timely manner. This role also includes working with documentation sheets, maintaining system-generated records, lists, and reports for facility use, assisting with audits, and ensuring all records are maintained in accordance with state and federal regulations, while upholding the integrity, privacy, and confidentiality of all data.
