Responsibilities
- Prepares and scans medical records to ensure that records are available as soon after discharge.
- Ensures that records are scanned as accurately as possible for accessibility.
- Provide cross-coverage for HIM operations as needed, including front desk reception, ROI processing, and coordination of chart deficiencies and suspensions.
