The Health Educator plays a key role in supporting the health and well-being of adolescents in a school-based setting. Working closely with a clinical team, this role provides one-on-one and group education to young people on topics like healthy relationships, decision-making, pregnancy prevention, and sexual health. In addition to counseling, the Health Educator leads interactive workshops in classrooms and after-school programs, helping students build the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices. This person also partners with school communities—engaging students, families, and staff—to increase awareness of available health services and encourage participation in programs. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that blends education, outreach, and care coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, comfortable having open and supportive conversations, and excited to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people.
