Our Remote Health Consultant Team is looking for a full-time, seasoned customer experience professional to join us! Our Remote Health Consultants are the front line of our client experience- the heartbeat of BodySpec’s mission to make health, fitness, and wellness data accessible, understandable, and actionable. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking clarity and support, and your ability to guide them with empathy, accuracy, and energy will directly shape their experience with our brand. This is not your typical “remote” job- our clients are deeply engaged and ask meaningful, complex questions about health, fitness, and DEXA technology. Every day is dynamic, fast-paced, and filled with opportunities to make a real impact. We’re seeking an experienced Customer Experience (CX) professional who thrives under pressure, learns quickly, and brings a strong background in health, wellness, and fitness.
