About The Position

Mochi Medical is hiring Health Coaches to provide high-touch behavior-change support as part of a multidisciplinary virtual care team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, and Registered Dietitians. Coaches support patients using GLP-1 medications and related programs by helping them follow through on care-team plans and develop sustainable habits related to nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and emotional health. The role involves individual video coaching, accountability, general wellness education, and documentation in the EMR. Coaches must stay within their scope of practice and not provide Medical Nutrition Therapy or individualized therapeutic nutrition. The position is a remote U.S.-only contract role with a physician-owned professional corporation affiliated with Mochi Health. Providers are compensated under a capitated model, with earnings tied to patient-panel size; compensation details are reviewed during the interview process.

  • Skilled in motivational interviewing and patient education.
