About The Position

Premise is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner and Clinic Manager to lead patient-centered care and daily operations at its health center in Dallas, Texas. The role combines clinical care with leadership of a collaborative care team and oversight of clinic operations in a concierge-style healthcare environment. The manager will build patient relationships and support clinical excellence and exceptional patient experiences. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or major holidays.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Current Nurse Practitioner license in the practicing state.
Current hands-on AHA or ARC Basic Life Support certification for health care providers.
At least 3 years of experience in the medical field.
2–3 years of management experience.
Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC, or other industry standards for infection prevention practices.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required for some sites.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations, staff, and workflows to ensure efficient health center performance.
Oversee staff hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management; staff typically include RNs, LPNs, administrative staff, and technical staff.
Provide patient care and technical expertise as needed.
Monitor patient flow, utilization, and penetration.
Identify process improvement opportunities and workflow efficiencies, and determine root causes.
Serve as infection control lead, collaborate on quality initiatives, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Communicate corporate policies, conduct meetings, and engage with client representatives.
Complete incident reports and assist with investigations and complaint resolutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient health records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
