The HCT II (Transportation Lead) provides daily leadership and supervision of the Transportation Department to include scheduling of staff and providing adequate coverage for the department. Requirements

High school or General Educational Development diploma and two years of closely related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
As required, listing as a Nurse Aide I by the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation.
Ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.

Nice To Haves

Current Nurse Aide I (CNA) certification
Unencumbered NC driver's license
Experience in transporting psychiatric patients out of a hospital setting
Experience scheduling multiple staff to adequately cover appointment scheduling requirements
Experience in communicating with various internal and external hospital departments
