About The Position
The Health Care Specialists Talent Network at CBI Home Health Manitoba is seeking qualified candidates for future opportunities as Health Care Aides and Direct Support Specialists. This network aims to build a continuous pipeline of talented individuals to address the evolving needs of high-volume operations. CBI Home Health provides quality, client-centered care to seniors or adults with intellectual and/or mental health disabilities. This role involves supporting clients with personal care, menu planning and preparation, medication administration, activities of daily living, light housekeeping, in-residence and outside activities, and companionship.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with either Senior and/or Adult Clients with intellectual and/or mental disabilities
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Clear Adult Abuse Registry check
