About The Position

The General Merchandise/Health & Beauty Stocking Clerk stocks shelves, organizes displays, and helps ensure products are fresh, clean, and easy for customers to find. The role supports a welcoming shopping experience by maintaining product presentation and assisting customers with questions. It involves working across tasks and departments, keeping work areas organized, and helping monitor inventory and restocking needs.

The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in different environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. Employees must follow company policies and safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities
