Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sports, fitness, or esthetics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Some weekend availability required
- Ability to pass a background check, education verification, and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests, creating an exceptional in-center experience
- Educate clients on services and memberships while earning commissions
- Deliver services such as cryotherapy and red-light therapy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
