About The Position

As a Health and Wellness Specialist, you are the face of the center—welcoming guests, educating them on services, and helping guide them toward their wellness goals. This role combines client experience, sales, and wellness knowledge in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years in wellness, fitness, or health-related field
• Strong interest in recovery, biohacking, and holistic health
• Energetic, personable with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Some weekend availability
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Must complete training and pass certifications
• Background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experience from check-in to service completion
• Educate clients and confidently recommend services and memberships
• Drive sales and contribute to team goals and promotions
• Stay current on wellness, recovery, and biohacking trends
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams
