About The Position

As a Health and Wellness Specialist, you are the face of the center—responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while educating guests and guiding them toward personalized wellness solutions. This role blends client engagement, sales, and wellness expertise in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years in fitness, beauty, wellness, or related field
• Strong interest in recovery, biohacking, and preventative health
• Proven ability or comfort with sales, client conversion, and customer service
• Energetic, polished, and confident communicator
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability required
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-end guest experience from check-in through service completion
• Educate clients and confidently recommend services, packages, and memberships
• Drive sales performance and contribute to individual and team revenue goals
• Stay current on wellness, recovery, and biohacking trends
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment
• Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams
