About The Position

Support the Cheshire Community YMCA’s Health and Wellness Director in all aspects of the AAP program including: Promotion and participant recruitment, Tracking participant testing results, Tracking participant attendance, Communicating with participants, and Interacting with volunteers, members, and community partners/businesses when needed. Learn about the different chronic disease programs and wellness classes offered by the Cheshire YMCA in order to better understand the AAP program and provide guidance to program participants.

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent computer, oral, written and problem-solving skills
• Work well independently, and provide excellent customer service to participants and partners
• Must be organized and able to work effectively with volunteers and staff
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
