Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
- Top-notch communication skills, enabling effective engagement with residents, families, and external contacts.
- A minimum of two years of experience in geriatric nursing and nursing administration.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
- Critical thinking skills for defining problems and analyzing data to draw valid conclusions.
- Flexibility in working hours to adapt to the dynamic needs of residents and the organization.
