About The Position

Gaggle has been supporting student safety and well-being for over 25 years. We partner with school districts across the country to provide virtual coaching services to K-12 students and school staff. With no out-of-pocket expenses to clients, we are able to make support accessible to clients regardless of their location or ability to pay.

Requirements

Coaching Certification
Bachelor’s in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, or a related field
2+ years of experience providing coaching, mentoring, youth development, or similar support services to K-12 students
Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms
Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and internet connection
Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage prior to beginning services and list Gaggle as an additional insured

Responsibilities

Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual coaching sessions with assigned clients
Provide skill-based, short-term work focused on situational, developmental, or performance-based concerns.
Help clients build specific skills and reach concrete goals around everyday challenges and in the areas where they might feel stuck.
