About The Position

MAN v FAT Soccer delivers small-sided soccer leagues exclusively designed to support overweight men to improve their physical and mental health. Launched in 2016 by weight loss specialists with over 10 years of experience supporting men's health, the program has been hugely successful in the UK and is expanding to the US. The unique aspect of the league is that the coach weighs each player before their game, supporting and guiding them through their weight loss journey. Players earn bonus goals for weekly weight loss, making the league's outcome dependent on both goals scored and pounds lost. This role is about supporting and motivating players to make healthy lifestyle changes, facilitating a safe and effective session, and completing league-related admin tasks. It does not involve soccer training or instructing exercise.
