Requirements
- Ability to physically demonstrate flag football techniques, including offensive, defensive and special team skills and fundamentals.
- Capability to remain active and mobile on a football field for the duration of practices and games.
- Visual acuity and verbal communication skills necessary for real-time coaching and game management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the women’s flag football program, including practice planning and game-day management.
- Develop and implement long-term strategic visions for program growth and competitive success.
- Recruit high-caliber student-athletes who meet the academic and athletic standards of Westcliff University.
- Manage the program budget, including travel, equipment, and scholarship allocations.
- Supervise and mentor assistant coaching staff and graduate assistants.
- Ensure full compliance with NAIA and university regulations.
- Monitor and support the academic progress and retention of student-athletes.
- Handles other projects and tasks as needed.
