The Opportunity As Head Volleyball Coach, you will lead and grow a competitive volleyball program while fostering a culture where student athletes feel seen, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential. You will: Develop and implement a comprehensive volleyball program focused on skill development and team success Plan and lead engaging, purposeful practices and game strategies Build a positive, inclusive team culture rooted in sportsmanship and accountability Provide individualized feedback and mentorship to student athletes Recruit and develop talent aligned with Walker’s mission and values Collaborate with coaches, faculty, and staff to support the whole student experience Represent Walker with professionalism at games, tournaments, and events Stay current with modern coaching strategies and best practices What You Bring We are looking for a coach who is both a teacher of the game and a builder of people. Requirements

• Proven experience coaching volleyball at the high school, college, or club level
• Strong knowledge of volleyball strategy, training methods, and player development
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead student athletes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive team environment

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
