As a Head Usher, you’ll play a visible leadership role in delivering exceptional performing arts experiences every night. Your shift begins with energy and purpose. As a Head Usher, you’re supervising usher teams, preparing for patron arrivals, and setting the tone for the evening. Doors open—you're welcoming guests, problem-solving in real time, and supervising flow, seating, and safety. During the show, you stay alert, supervising operations and ensuring a seamless performing arts experience. When the curtain falls, you wrap up knowing you helped create something memorable.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years customer service experience in performing arts, hospitality, or events
1–2 years supervising or leadership experience
Strong professional communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm while supervising in fast-paced environments
Physical ability to stand long periods of time, climb stairs, walk, move throughout the venue, and push/pull and lift 20lbs or more.
Physical ability to hear and respond clearly in noisy environments.
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Ability to work a minimum of two shifts per month is required.
