About The Position

The U.S. Infrastructure CTO (iCTO) is a senior technology executive and an extended, embedded member of the U.S. CIO’s leadership team. The U.S. iCTO’s purpose is to make infrastructure simple, fast, reliable, and transparent—turning technology platforms into an enabler of U.S. business outcomes rather than a constraint. The role focuses on reducing manual work, increasing automation, improving stability and speed, and ensuring clear ownership and accountability across complex technology environments. This role operates within the Global CTO's (Infrastructure & Engineering) organization.
